/01THE KICK — 2016
IT STARTED
WITH A KICK.
A borrowed laptop, cracked headphones, an empty project. The first sound Xenral ever placed was a kick on the 1 — like a heartbeat. It was terrible. It was everything. Four years of terrible kicks followed, each one slightly less terrible than the last.
// STEPS 01 · 08 · 11 — SYNCOPATION IS CONFIDENCE
/02THE BOUNCE — 2018
THEN CAME
THE HATS.
The part of a beat that moves your neck before your brain agrees. Velocity, ghost notes, swing — the thin line between a loop and a groove. Xenral lived on that line for years, one sixteenth at a time.
// VELOCITY IS A LANGUAGE — SPEAK IT QUIETLY
/03THE LOW END — 2021
THE 808 IS
A SPINE.
Tuned to A minor, gliding between notes like it owns the key. This is the part you feel in your chest at a red light — the difference between hearing a track and being inside one.
// IF THE CAR DOESN'T RATTLE, IT ISN'T DONE
/04THE MELODY — 2025
FEELINGS GET
COORDINATES.
A 3AM voice memo from Tayyxng became “Didam” — proof that a hummed idea can outlive every polished preset. The piano roll is where a feeling stops being a maybe and starts being a melody.
// Am9 → Fmaj7 — SAD, BUT EXPENSIVE
/05THE MIX
MIXING IS
SUBTRACTION.
Carve the mud. Ride the faders. Automate the air. A great mix isn't the loudest thing in the room — it's the one that sounds inevitable.

/06THE MASTER — NOW
READY FOR
YOUR RECORD.
Then the moment every producer chases: nothing missing, nothing extra. Perfect isn't an accident — it's iterations. This one took seven chapters. Yours starts with an email.
